Everybody is different. So something that works for one person, might not work very well for the next. We all have different goals, so therefore we must take different paths to get there. At Full Spectrum all of our clients get a free consultation where we: go over your medical history, go over your fitness history and goals for the future, conduct a posture test, do a body fat and body composition, and do a series of muscular strength/flexibility/and cardiovascular tests to determine what type of training will best fit your needs.

Baseline tests are performed during the consultation, as well as on a monthly basis until the end of your training so the data can be documented and you can actually see your improvements happening on paper.




Personal Training isn't cheap, but when both the client and the trainer give 100% you can't put a price on the results you'll get. We strive to do everything we can to keep our costs low and in return our prices very reasonable to our clients. With Individual P.T. sessions being as low as $40 per hour and then can get even cheaper with Small Group Training we feel we are very reasonable in our pricing. Remember, we aren't a gym, you won't have people you don't know walking around and taking your focus of of the tasks at hand. This is private personal training to achieve the best results in the little time possible.

At Full Spectrum all of our trainers treat each of their clients as if they were that person with that specific goal. If you aren't happy with your results, then we failed, it's that simple.



There is nothing worse than spending thousands of dollars on training, endless hours with the same person, and then in the end not even be able to make your own workout programs or really have any idea what you were doing other than what you were being 'told' to do.
