Personal Training at Full Spectrum

 

Private 1 on 1 Personal Training:

 

  • Session duration can be either 30 minutes or a full hour. That decision will come down to the type of training the client is interested in as well as their specific fitness goals.

  • The pricing system is set up for hour timeslots, if you choose to have 30 minute sessions you double the amount of sessions you'd be getting (eg. Buy 20 sessions, get 40 power sessions). You may also choose to have 30 minute sessions in the beginning and then move into the hour sessions. The time maybe split up as the client desires.

  • All packages include: a consultation to discuss goals, health history, etc., postural assessment, nutritional and supplementation guidance, program construction as well as on-going modifications, monthly reports to show progress being made, a final report at the end of training period to show all that happened during the course of the program, and advice for future training.

 

Pricing System:
 

  • 1 - 19 - One Hour Sessions: $50/hour OR have the option to do half hour timeslots and double your number of sessions!

  • 20 - 39 - One Hour Sessions: $45/hour OR have the option to do half hour timeslots and double your number of sessions!

  • 40+ - One Hour Sessions: $40/hour OR have the option to do half hour timeslots and double your number of sessions

 

Payment Plans are extremely flexible and set up on a client by client basis. You pay 25% of the total up front and the balance is due by the end of the sessions purchased.
